Terms of use

Last updated: November 2026

Your use of EZMeet is subject to these terms. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

EZMeet helps coordinate dates and places for events. It is currently free and provided “as is”, and we may change, pause or discontinue it or parts of it.

Your responsibilities

• Only add people who would reasonably expect to hear about the event, and whose contact details you’re allowed to use.
• Don’t use the service to send spam, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful.
• Keep your login details safe.

Third-party bookings

Links to Airbnb, Booking and other sites are provided for convenience. Booking and payment happen directly with those sites under their terms; we are not a party to them.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep things running, but we don’t guarantee the service will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for damage resulting from its use.
