How it works
Create an event
Give it a name and choose when: a date range (any day in it could work) or a few specific dates (say, the weekend of the 12th or the 19th). If it lasts several days, set how many. And where: a set place, a few places to vote on, or a stay in some area — EZMeet then prepares Airbnb and Booking searches with the dates and number of people.
Add participants
Type names, phones or emails, or pick from contacts saved from earlier events. Everyone gets a personal link you can send in one click by WhatsApp or email, in their own language.
The bot coordinates
People who open the Telegram link get a message from the bot with buttons to mark what doesn’t work, or they just write (“Tuesday’s out, the weekend maybe”) and the bot understands. People without Telegram answer on a simple web page. The bot reminds anyone who hasn’t answered, up to three times.
See what works
The event page shows, live, the best dates, a full availability map, votes on places and participants’ notes (like “I don’t have a car”).
Propose and confirm
Pick the leading date, and a place if needed, and send a proposal. Everyone confirms with a tap, and you see who’s in.
Lock it in 🎉
When everyone’s in, lock the event (and if there’s a stay, book it on its site). Everyone gets the final details with a calendar file, and a reminder the day before.
